Tree Plantation Program 2025 at Cox's Bazar Development Authority

Strengthening Climate Resilience Through the Sobuj Bangladesh Campaign

As part of the second-year Sobuj Bangladesh Campaign, Enroute Foundation organized a Tree Plantation Program at the Cox’s Bazar Development Authority (CDA) Office on 4 September 2025. The initiative reflects the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to protecting the environment, increasing green cover, and promoting sustainable development across Bangladesh.
Recognizing the importance of trees in preserving Cox’s Bazar’s natural beauty, enhancing biodiversity, and strengthening resilience against climate change and natural disasters, the program brought together representatives from Enroute Foundation and the Cox’s Bazar Development Authority to take meaningful environmental action.

A Collective Commitment to a Greener Future

The plantation event was attended by respected officials from Enroute Foundation and the Cox’s Bazar Development Authority, who actively participated in planting trees and reaffirmed their shared commitment to environmental conservation.
More than a symbolic activity, the initiative demonstrated how collaboration between organizations can contribute to creating healthier urban environments, restoring ecological balance, and inspiring communities to take part in climate action.

Building a Sustainable Bangladesh Together

Through the Sobuj Bangladesh campaign, Enroute Foundation continues to encourage tree plantation, environmental awareness, and community participation across the country. Every tree planted today is an investment in cleaner air, richer biodiversity, and a safer, more sustainable future for the next generation.
The Tree Plantation Program at the Cox’s Bazar Development Authority serves as another important milestone in Enroute Foundation’s mission to build a greener and more climate-resilient Bangladesh through collective action.
